All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of our products, especially custom and bundle orders, all sales are considered final. This includes orders where customers select jerseys by uploading images.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 to 5 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Accuracy
For bundle deals, customers are required to upload clear screenshots of their selected jerseys. 11Culture is not responsible for mistakes resulting from unclear, incorrect, or missing uploads.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- The wrong item was sent by us
- The item arrives damaged or defective
We may require photo evidence to process your request.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect selections made by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Processing Refunds

Order Cancellations
